The Seedlings Team

At Seedlings, our goal is to build a team of individuals who are passionate about the education of early learners, embrace the opportunity to work in partnership with parents, invested in their fellow team members, and intentional about ensuring a safe, healthy and happy environment for children to grow. We select our staff according to their education, professional expertise, experience in the field of early childhood education and desire to live out our values. And we invest in them both professionally and personally to create a culture that lends itself to longevity.
